Description
IMPORTANT: In order to create your custom skillet, you must provide a “cleaned image” of what you’d like to engrave to our COO Dylan Cullman (dcullman@butler.edu). It must be a “.png” formatted image in order for us to produce your custom creation. Please include the following in the email:
- Name
- Order number
- Best way to contact you (email, phone, etc.)
- Image w/ specifications listed above

Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery, adding additional time to the order process.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
Undeliverable Orders
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Bulldog Cookware is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to the local authorities
Refund Policy
All sales are final. Once a customers purchase, they will not be able to return that item for a refund. Replacements are to be decided with Bulldog Cookware when applicable.
